Brandon is non-verbal and has a severe movement disorder and muscle weakness. He is dependent on full caregiver support for all his personal needs and daily life. Brandon had a spinal fusion to correct severe scoliosis in September. As a result of the surgery, Brandon gained 6″ of height and no longer fit his recliner, which he spends a great deal of time in. His old recliner that was the chair used in the living room for resting and spending time with his family is the one he is now too long for.
